HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL PURCHASE?

We are pleased to offer sales internationally. All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes will be charged at checkout.  There is a $50 processing fee for international returns.

 

DOES VIOLA BRANDS SHOP DELIVER ON SATURDAYS?

We do not currently offer Saturday specific deliveries. 

 

DOES VIOLA BRANDS SHOP OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the U.S.

 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION?

We do not currently have a physical store for more information on our upcoming events, please email cs@violabrands.com.

 

 

RETURNS 

 

DOES VIOLA BRANDS SHOP OFFER SITE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS?

Eligible items must be in the courier’s possession within 5 days of the delivery date for a full refund.  Eligible items submitted to the courier’s possession after 5 days, but within 21 days of the delivery date, are only eligible for store credit or for a size exchange.

 

HOW DO I MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE?

We do not currently offer international exchanges.
